It's happening

We knew this was coming, but it is amazing to watch it get operationalized. Some of you have been pounding on this topic for over two decades at the OG Blog and here.

We were told to stop. We were endangering our professional reputation and were wasting time. The sectarianism as promoted by the diversity industry was the future.

Well.

What I did not expect is how rapid this is taking place. I thought things would go slow, but no…full speed. Going full speed is probably the only way to do this. It puts the diversity industry on the back foot and gives them little time to hide, obscure, and play games.

You can read President Trump’s Executive Order, Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity, but just look at the timeline and language from the Office of Personnel management. It is a thing of beauty.

Now that we are going after the billets, we need to ensure that the processes and habits the Zampolits of the military’s sector of the diversity industry are eliminated. Recruitment, admissions, and selections where race is used as a factor or where arbitrary 'goals' must be met need to be discontinued.

If you see violations continuing, put it out there for all to see. Submit it to the IG use the contacts above, or share it with someone who can bring it into the light for action to be taken. Take the “W”, but know that does not mean the struggle is over. We still have Phase 4 of this operation to complete.

One note of caution: Executive Orders can be reversed by the next President who supports racial discrimination. Congress needs to put this into law…but that will take time. Until then, I’m going to bask in this glory.
