It is amazing the progress that is being made against the divisive, grievance mongering, sectarian driven world-view being forced on our young men and women by the otherwise unemployable taxpayer-funded commissariat that is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) industry.
As we have been saying over almost two decades of Thursdays, DEI’s cancerous programs, beliefs, and plans cannot survive the light of day.
The American people at their core - at their best - are a fair people who desire peace with their neighbors, fair dealing with those in their community, and to be judged as individuals.
The worst of the DEI commissars are in government, both military and civilian positions. Of those, the worst populate our military and civilian educational institutions. Why are they the worst? Simple: they are intentionally trying to inject hate and division into people mostly born after 2005 who just want to live their life, not to be used as a tool by older people to satisfy their lusts and feed their demons.
One day sooner more than later, what is happening at the premier institution of public education in the Free State of Florida will come to our service academies and war colleges. It will make our military better, more unified, and better aligned with the aspirational goals of the republic they serve.
The University of Florida is firing all employees in positions related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) according to a memo sent on Friday. It follows the passage of a state law in 2023 targeting college funds spent on DEI.
UF officials say they have closed the Office of the Chief Diversity Officer, eliminated DEI positions and administrative appointments, and halted DEI-focused contracts with outside vendors. Officials say 13 positions were eliminated and 15 administrative appointments were ended for faculty.
The decision was made to comply with the Florida Board of Governor’s regulation 9.016 on prohibited expenditures. Approximately $5 million previously allocated to DEI initiatives will be reallocated into a faculty recruitment fund.
Eliminated employees will receive 12 weeks of standard pay and are encouraged to apply before April 19 to other positions in the university.
We will need to keep a careful eye. The DEI commissars will still try to inject their poison under other names, via other paths…but that is OK. They no longer hold the people in fear as they once did. Each year it gets better.
There will be setbacks here and there, but no one should hold back. Hold the mirror to their face and like the vampires they are, the will slink away in to the shadows.
As we see in the 2022 UF Diversity Report … and remember this is just a portion of it … there is a lot of money sloshing around.
So, hold your head up today.
Take the “W.”
While confident you have heard numerous accolades recognizing your extraordinary work and stellar contribution to the cruciality of the national political dialogue, I am compelled to join in all such sentiments accorded to you. Few can stand upon your shoulders!

As in any hollyweird horror flick, the monster will need to be killed three times. We’re only at the beginning of the end of this crap. And if we don’t win in November, we’re well and truly screwed.
