Depends upon which part of The Free State of Florida you’re in. But that’s ok. Once you pass Orlando, the further south you go, the more northeasterner you get 😉
The U.S. Navy NEEDS to consider Ice Hardened Hulls for Arctic Capable Surface Combatants. New construction is the obvious choice for emphasis.
The U.S. also needs to petition membership in NORDEFCO. Greenland base input alone would be worth the effort.
