I read an interesting post a week or two ago, about how DOJ had "slow-walked" Donald Trump's executive orders, but were very prompt in putting Biden's into force. The "Deep State" actually exists, and will thrive under Biden.
Trump was fought on every front in trying to eliminate the pernicious influences of Barack Obama, so perhaps it's not surprising that there are still MANY senior officers to got to be that way by toeing the Obama line. "Diversity" was Obama's gig. Biden will start out being "Obama's third term", until Commie Harris supplants him and makes a sharp left turn.
