This is on the pedestrian end of things. Every day at my work, I get an email with vital information. And one thing that gets in is a diversity flavor of the month nugget.

Every day. I just skip over it, to be honest. I don’t think the Didn’t Earn It crew see it as a problem. I think my manager sees it as like Havel’s Greengrocer placing “Workers of the World, Unite!” in his shop window. Just a way to get along in the bureaucracy.

American Marxism differs from the European version in two ways.

1. In America, the Marxist’s took control of the cultural superstructure in order to gain control of the economic substructure.

2. in America, the Marxists divided society by race rather than class when setting people at each others throats.

What they both have in common are hatred and a lust for power for its own sake.

Marx was also a hypocrite. He hated capitalists but was supported by Engels who owns a factory. He attacked capitalist for their lust but he cheated on his wife and sired a son by their maid. He was of Jewish descent but a vicious anti Semitic.

Marx also had an intense hatred of shopkeepers and small businessmen which fitted in nicely with his anti-Semitism.

O/T, but it appears the newest affinity group friends of the college campus Diversity Zampolit, aka Hamas has started lobbing mortars at the site of the new Gaza pier our betters in D.C. expended so much time, effort, and money in order to provide the grateful Gazans with succor.

Like it or not, you have to admire how Hamas/Hezbollah/Revolutionary Guard took the lessons learned from the ISIS social media campaign and gave it a makeover. Combine it with the deep seated biases of the academic and cultural elites, and you got something that is rapidly adopted by campus youths. These youths want their loans forgiven, their TikTok enshrined, and an area cleared from the river to the sea. These are the young men and women who do much of the leg work and door knocking for the campaigns going into the fall. It will interesting to see how they are placated.

You mean the young men and women who have been calling conservatives Nazis for the last five years who now support killing Jews? Those youth? The diversity DEI types?

Somebody needs to get up with Kirby about how mortar fire can be differentiated between "small" and "large"

...The Pentagon is aware of reports that a small number of mortars landed in the vicinity of the marshalling yard area...

https://x.com/Jerusalem_Post/status/1783648948411900219

I'm not all that smart, but if mortar fire landed near me...no matter how small the number of rounds...I would think each was a BIG deal.

"sorta like 'Penetration, however slight"

I you're the recipient, the effects are the same.

They are firing rounds to register the site.

Once it is set up and ready to operate they will start to take it apart with every weapon they have starting with mortars.

Two thoughts...

- there's a high achieving organization testing their physical limitations on a one mile walk.

- these are the type of organizations who exist to brainwash our nieve youth that the only democratic government in the middle east is evil and an oppressor and the 7th century thinking barbarians with Hamas are the oppressed. These fools don't realize that they would be thrown off the roof of the nearest building if they were protesting in the same fashion in Gaza.

The people organizing this don't care, they have quite another agenda, Gaza, over the 22 years since 2002 has been a useful tool. The people doing the organizing are a group called the "ANSWER Coalition", and their MO is instantly recognizable - the booming drums, the rhythmic, hypnotic chants, the shrill female voices leading them, the people wearing bright red scarves - which can be used to hide faces - in the crowd. By no means is this their first rodeo. ANSWER is also known as the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and they're a Marxist-Leninist group which seems to be very well funded, given their professionally printed signs - or perhaps they recycle them from year to year. Here's their paper, they're pretty open about what they're for: https://www.liberationnews.org/ On those printed signs, you'll see a tagline at the bottom with the word ANSWER and the phone number and website of the local group. Here is a recent article - note the date: https://www.liberationnews.org/psl-statement-free-palestine-free-all-palestinian-political-prisoners-end-all-u-s-aid-to-the-israeli-apartheid-regime/

Multi pronged attack.. Intersectionality = the biggest loser, the more victim points based on "their" terminology, the better. The greater victimhood industry includes grant grifters for the homeless and a whole homeless industrial complex on the west coast. Today it was exposed that the State of Washington would give preferential treatment in obtaining marijuana shop licensing to POC's. Everything geared towards tearing down those who earned their success and putting it on a silver platter handed to those who not only don't often merit it but potentially are incapable, incompetent or otherwise unqualified to have whatever. Truly the word Balkanize fits what is going on to a T. It started on college campuses that train teachers and then they began their dirty work with our kids a few generations ago and now we see the results. It's all tied into the same caustic pandering substance of the article referenced. They say you can't polish a turd.. but you can put glitter on it.

Yet another reason I despise the left in this state. The wreckage they have levied against the state of Washington is heart-breaking. Next spring, my wife and I will retire to South Dakota. "We can form a single united body, while the enemy must split up into fractions. Hence there will be a whole pitted against separate parts of a whole, which means that we shall be many to the enemy's few. I'm sorry, but after 43 years of service both in uniform and as civilian I wasn't aware of the need for "Black Faculty and Staff Employee Resource Group". We're getting to the point where we may need a "White Faculty and Staff Employee Resource Group" due to having the cancer called DEI shoved down our throats.

I make a deliberate effort to promote diversity in the most diversity city in the USA because I want it to stay that way. I am active in the Asian, Black, Hispanic and white communities, and sometimes in the Samoan community - particularly as a singer. This is perhaps easier for me than most because I "joint the Navy" and "saw the world" - preferring to pick up languages and meet people at historical sites to spending my time in bars. Growing up English only, until I elected to study German in high school, I can sing in many languages, usually without an accent (because, if you do what they do exactly, there is no accent). I do not understand why one would NOT want to live in a civil community such as Anchorage? We hold the record for languages taught in public schools, and only a city like New York has more languages spoken in homes. Civility is so normal that, if someone violates the norms, the SOP is for total strangers to intervene. My favorite example is when I saw a disturbance in our largest mall. A rare gang of skinheads was harassing an elderly Black woman. I called security. Before I finished the call, so before I could intervene myself, some giant, bearded white man waded through them, put his arm around her and bellowed "leave my mother alone!" [He probably knew that it is a custom in the Black community to call an older woman a "mother" - as in mother of the community - even if you don't know that]. If you get in trouble in rural Alaska, virtually everyone on the road will stop to help - until such time as a solution is found. It used to be the law. After a court struck that down, it remained our general practice anyway.
