Why do you write on this topic? Because your pov is generally completely in consonance with so many of us, and your evidentiary amplification offers new places to drill in and study on our own. Read that Economist article too. Not sure what the differences in training types is, but the one form found effective ("cultural inclusion training") was very effective, with high single to double digit effectiveness in producing more diverse management. It's also the most military (and business) focused by focusing on diversity as raising productivity. Agree, as usual, that we're flushing money and time on the other types.

We have become a nation ruled by bureaucrats who can never be fired and politicians slavering after votes. This combined group eternally addresses problems with great fervor, but never actually solves them. To solve a problem would mean that the problem and it associated budget and power would go away, and that can never be allowed to happen.
