As anyone with even the most basic of leadership training understands, anyone can give orders - its the enforcement that matters. This is all great policy, and a fully endorse these efforts, but without a realistic enforcement mechanism, its all just posturing. Sure, a school's curriculum might have the critical theory/DEI parts removed, but without constant supervision to ensure that the spiteful mutants aren't injecting their opinions into their day to day teaching, the degeneracy will continue. Rooting out the postmodern left from schools will require a level of sustained ruthlessness that I doubt the modern GOP can stomach.

Cdr, I have friends and relatives who are black. I grew up in Alabama when not being moved around the world with my Dad, a USN Naval Aviator and ship driver. I grew up somewhat confused about civil rights. But I know they're ia helluva lot that is unfair to minorities and they know it too. I have sat in Sr Executive meetings where our management (in LA) strategized how to get rid of a black woman, the only black person in our corny whom they had to hire for a minimum of 6 weeks to qualify for a federal contract. Most white [eope and especially conservative white people can not understand the problems and at least CRT explains them. We need to fix the problems.

Wut? CRT explains nothing other than how to perpetuate white guilt. The “problems” you are referring to are made up by leftists to destroy society.

At least CRT explains Federal hiring bias? As if! No, Federal affirmative action racism better explains this. And the great Thomas Sowell — 93, 94 year old economist (who happens to be black and was a Marxist in his youth, and a veteran) — best explains it in hit book “Race and Affirmative Action.” But economic thinking is not taught in schools like neoMarxist race whoring DIE is.

I really suggest you read up on what critical theory actually is (it is the foundation that CRT is based). It is a destructive view that proposes to deconstruct whatever issue it address. It proposes no real solutions, only the abdication of control to those who propose the theory. It can be fully demonstrated that there is no real science behind CRT and the data is skewed at best and purposefully manipulated at worst. To fix a problem you must identify the causal factors and be able to demonstrably connect them to and be capable of reproducing the problem...and address those with corrective actions. CRT simply implements an ideological viewpoint to assign a cause. The corrective actions of tearing down statues, revising history, assigning martyrdom to people who have never been slaves and assigning guilt and demanding penance from those who never owned slaves is not constructive and certainly incorrect. To your example: Perhaps if the government did not assign $$ to hiring protected and preferred classes you would not have found yourself contributing to figuring out how fire a black woman who probably would never have been hired to begin with....you are not part of the solution: Mike Moore is part of the problem.

You might well appreciate Dr. Kevin JKrusse's 1905 book "White Flight" about Atlanta and the beginning of the conservative movement. It made a lot of things understandable for me.

Gives your dislike for present day conservatives a bludgeon.

As a BIPOC transplant raised outside of US and never having lived in Atlanta, my conservatism is defined by keeping what is good in this country and jettisoning the bad. Race hustling in any form is racist. End of story. ‘Content of character” and all that.

Something to consider with our Striver class and their Bourgeoisie Stalinist Chic - they begin adult life out of college with enormous debt, few real skills, expensive tastes , and will strive their entire lives with a high debt to income ratio that their uniform tastes and manners will trap all but a few in their entire lives. It gets worse the less skilled their fields are such as media, law, HR and DEI. They may be enslaving us but like the slavers of the past they are entrapped in debt and their own social codes.

In the military there’s no such excuse. Everything is paid for, certainly education. What Dooms us is obedience to insane directives and diktats, usually from DOD civilians, not even elected officials. Time to stop deferring so slavishly, they have no Constitutional legitimacy.

No, we didn’t swear allegiance to every suit, GS , DS in the world.

The US is a global financial empire abroad and an oligarchy at home, not a republic. DIE is how that imperial government promulgates divide and rule, and DeSantis’ pushback on it is righteous but doesn’t go far enough. ‘Immutable characteristics’ are the central driver of everything from intelligence to criminality to social trust, and the attempt to ignore them has failed and will continue to fail.

That is terrific! Congratulations!
