Balderdash. This is the result of OBAMA'S desire to encourage divisiveness and to provoke a race war. No, it isn't Xho Bi Den's fault alone; he's entirely senile, and repeats (badly) the scripts that his puppetmasters put onto his teleprompter. The flag officers today were the JOs and LCDRs in Obama's military, and 4 years of Trump wasn't enough to reverse, or even slow, the decay.
