Let me help you a bit - what do you not see?

Your regular reminder that if anyone in the Navy tells you that when they say “diversity” they are really focused on “viewpoint diversity” or “diversity of background” or “regional diversity” or “source of commission” diversity or any of the other sweet little lies we like to tell each other, Congress, and the American public - they are telling you a lie.

They don’t believe it and they don’t think you do either - but they want you to join them in their lie.

Don’t live by lies.

See what they track. Their metrics will tell you what they value … and what they do not value.

In 2023 we still disgrace ourselves and our service with a retrograde early 1970s focus on immutable characteristics … or a 1930s focus if you wish.
