I work in DoN acquisitions. I have been telling people for about six months now that the entire system needs to be torn down.
It is completely corrupt, both intellectually and financially.
I have zero faith that Congress would be either willing or able to even tinker around the margins, let alone feed it into a woodchipper. After all, the primes hire bazillion dollar lobbyists, and the Navy has, what, a couple LT's on legislative advisory tours? Are we surprised this is the outcome?
