Are there any navy tugs in San Diego? I thought they contracted out for that service. I get it, every CNO wants a tree to pee on, how about stopping the buzzword warfare and concentrate on the real thing.
Not sure where the information for this article came from, but there where at least 4 ECO tugs on term charter with the Navy, well equipped with fire monitors working to fight the fire?
Why waste the money on dedicated fifo boats when chartered ship assist tugs can provide good capabilities and way more cost effective.
