The question is whether they're going to have enough time to bring these new platforms on the line.
Anyone know if there is a deliberate reflection of IJN traditions in the JDF today? While I've seen Korean senior and flag staff at sea (and they seem to think like the Army), I haven't seen any Japanese officers or enlisted at sea. Does IJN heritage inform the JDF and, if so, how?
