So far the Russian Air Forces massively underperformed, and "logistical bottlenecks" mean it's hard to get the artillery shells there to do the bombing, and there's logistical competition between the more forward troops and the rearward artillery.

After all, the US way f war is "bullets, not blood", too. but we, at least in the past, have had the logistical competence to make sure we HAD the bullets
