The Marines are developing tools to keep SLOC open. So where is our Navy's capability to sweep mines? How can we be assured that we can keep SLOC open if we can't clear mines?

Van Riper has a nice set of opposing thoughts, I vote with the young guy. And I am always left in awe when I look at the difference between the Navy process and the Marine way.
