I dunno if it's true or just too worrying to print. With Turkey closing the Dardenelles, what's there is there. If Romania, Bulgaria and/or Turkey try to protect NATO shipping and get hit would that invoke article 5 or would convoy operations be seen legally as 'aggressing'?
