NATO's Potential Russian Flashpoint May be at Sea
As the war moves west, potential problems increase
Are you aware that NATO nations have already been attacked by Russia?
Well, their merchant ships in the Black Sea have.
If you know your European history, you know the seriousness of this ... yet, it is out of most people's scan.

Some damn fool thing in the Black Sea....An Estonian ship exploded the other day.
https://www.navalnews.com/naval-news/2022/03/estonian-cargo-ship-sinks-off-the-coast-of-odessa/ A Panamanian and a Moldovan flagged ship were hit before that. https://www.navalnews.com/naval-news/2022/02/two-civilian-vessels-hit-by-russian-missiles-off-odessa-ukraine-mod/ When I found the article the other day it mentioned that one of those ships was Japanese owned, but that tidbit has been excised since. I dunno if it's true or just too worrying to print. With Turkey closing the Dardenelles, what's there is there. If Romania, Bulgaria and/or Turkey try to protect NATO shipping and get hit would that invoke article 5 or would convoy operations be seen legally as 'aggressing'?
