I spent 2 tours on the mckee fixing subs, HT nec 4956, retired in 05, we do nothing the same, we do nothing that works, the downward spiral started in 98 with the removal of my NEC and repairs being done by civilians, just a microcosm of what happened fleet wide in every area, i also blame the stupidity of not letting e-5s retire anymore and before i retired there was talk of not letting e-6s retire either, all that experience down the shitter.
