The TLDR on this is the cultural gap in the US Army between logistics/supply and combat units is as big as the deep blue sea. US forces in supply and logistics under attack in an actual shooting war? God help us. Given the size of our forces now there is going to a lot of bleeding and dying before we get pissed and fight back like we mean it. I'm anti-war on this for many of the social media reasons mentioned. We are going to have to get punched in the face bad to rid ourselves of 20 years of driving around waiting to get blown up.
