Was a time we'd send two carriers to tell rowdy people to behave. Now we send 2 B-52s? Thanks for drawing attention to Serbia, yes, we've become too complacent about the old trouble spots.

I love CDR Salamander, but in this particular case just one suggestion - a map showing the current jigsaw of what used to be Yugoslavia.

I pray the warmongers get theirs. Serbia is surrounded by NATO countries. Just like what they intended to do to Russian Federation, balkanize and break it apart.

The "warmongers" are in Serbia and Russia.

So yes, we ALL hope the "the warmongers get theirs."

Serbia and Russia are both "surrounded by enemies" for the same reason: they are countries run by scum, and threaten everyone around them.

Which of Serbia's neighbors has Serbia NOT attacked in the last 30 years?

Your view is incorrect due to being based on public education, mass media indoctrination, and frequency mind controlled fences.

I was opposed to Clinton's way of "fighting" in Bosnia / Serbia in 1999.

But the "dangerous, tough, brave and sharp" Serbians eventually rolled over, no?

we now find Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia all inside NATO.

How may Americans know they are obligated to throw the bodies of their children in to an eventual Balkan bloodbath?

I thought the proper response in 1999 was to sell them weapons, and training how to use them, and then let them fight it out with the Serbs

So, it appears we've sold them the weapons and training. Or am I wrong about that?

Without Russia getting involved, I expect that Serbia will get their heads handed to them if they pick a fight with any of the rest. We don't have to send US troops if Serbia attacks, we can send weapons, and let Russia know that them getting involved would get us involved, so unless they wish to lose two wars at the same time, they need to stay out.

Doesn't strike me as a bad situation.

And yes, so long as Putin is in charge, IMO Russia is our enemy, and needs to be stopped anywhere it tries to expand

I'm more inclined to think we should just get the hell out of Europe altogether. Those people are crazy.
